There are different types of treatment for scoliosis depending on the degree of curvature. If the spine has a curve between 30-50 degrees, a back brace is typically recommended. The Boston back brace is often prescribed and is made of hard plastic. This brace is usually worn under clothing, but decorating it anyway can bring a sense of inspiration and comfort to some people.
