Stretches for Low Back Pain

If you have pain in your lower back, try these stretches when your pain level is low.


Start with gentle range of motion:

  1. Twist at your waist to the left

  2. Twist to the right

  3. Make your back straight

  4. Touch your toes


Next, try the stretches shown below.

Important Note: If any of these stretches cause more pain, skip it and try the other stretches.
